Multi-Station Paint Roller Finishing Machine:

Machine produces bag-ready rollers using a variety of finishing stations
1.5” diameter mandrels, capable of finishing rollers in 3”, 4”, and 9” lengths
Capable of finishing mini rollers and jumbo-mini rollers with machine modifications
Can change / calibrate finishing stations individually as needed

Production rate: 1,000 rollers / hour, possibly higher

Has the following stations:

Loading:

Rollers are loaded using an adjustable pneumatic arm to load rollers of any size onto finishing machine mandrels.

Edge trimming:

Roller core material is trimmed to set lengths using a high-speed spin combined with ceramic blades set to pre-determined lengths

This machine is missing a few stations, but is PLC controlled.

NOTE: The unload station needs to be installed (as per the finishing machine from the first listing link), and beveling / carding stations need to be added. These aren’t hard to replicate; Roller Essentials can assist with both.

All are custom built by Roller Essentials.
