The Genie IWP-25S is a vertical mast lift designed for use in confined spaces, offering quick setup and easy maneuverability. It has a maximum working height of 30 ft 5 in (9.44 m) and a platform height of 24 ft 5 in (7.44 m). The lift capacity is 350 lb (159 kg). The operating weight is 1,290 lb (585 kg) for the standard base AC model  , with variations depending on power source and options.

The machine features a standard base width of 2 ft 8 in (0.81 m) and a wide base width of 3 ft 4 in (1.02 m). The overall length is 5 ft (1.52 m), and the stowed height is 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m). It is available with AC (110V/50-60 Hz or 220V/50-60 Hz), DC (12V DC), or push-around power options. The lift includes features such as automatic level sensing with integrated leveling jacks, no outriggers required, and an auxiliary platform-lowering feature on both platform and ground controls for safety during power failures.
